4. Fees and Payment

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and creative work produced by Prakruthi Constructions remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment, clients receive full rights to use the designs for their specified project.

6. Project Timeline

We strive to meet all agreed timelines. However, delays due to client decisions, unforeseen circumstances, or third-party dependencies may affect project schedules. We will communicate any changes promptly.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely information for the project
• Making decisions within agreed timeframes
• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
• Ensuring access to the project site when required

8. Limitation of Liability

Prakruthi Constructions's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services provided. We are not liable for consequential damages or losses beyond our direct services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Bangalore.
